Wellness Plan

We are pleased to offer our customers a unique and cost-effective way to assist them in obtaining high quality comprehensive animal health care. With three options to choose from, and low monthly payments, our patients are able to receive routine annual procedures and tests, along with discounts on non-covered services and products.

Feline Wellness Plans

Silver Plan

  • Annual vaccine boosters (rabies, FRCCP, bordetella)
  • Two scheduled comprehensive physical exams
  • Feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus test
  • Two intestinal parasite fecal exams
  • Annual de-worming for roundworms and hookworms
  • Interstate health certificates (when needed)
  • Office calls/exams during regular hours
  • 5% discount on services not in plan
  • 5% discount on products

Gold Plan

  • Everything in the Silver plan, plus:
  • Complete blood count
  • Microscope exam of blood cells
  • Liver screen
  • Kidney screen
  • Pancreatic screen
  • Cholesterol screen
  • Diabetes screen
  • 10% discount on services not in plan
  • 5% discount on products

Platinum Plan

  • Everything in Silver and Gold plans, plus:
  • Dentistry prophylaxis and cleaning annually OR spay/neuter
  • Thyroid screen
  • Chest or hip radiograph annually
  • Urinalysis
  • Nail trims
  • 15% discount on services not in plan
  • 10% discount on products including prescriptions
  • 10% discount on boarding
  • 50% discount on enrollment fee

Funds must be withdrawn with preauthorized ACH from a checking/savings account. Plans must be paid two months in advance, plus a one-time $50 enrollment fee. If plans are canceled and reactivated, there is a $50 re-enrollment fee.

Canine Wellness Plans

Silver Plan

  • Two scheduled comprehensive physical exams
  • Heartworm test
  • Two intestinal parasite fecal exams
  • Annual de-worming for roundworms and hookworms
  • Interstate health certificates (when needed)
  • Office calls/exams during regular hours
  • 5% discount on services not in plan
  • 5% discount on products

Gold Plan

  • Everything in the Silver plan, plus:
